Added Music Section

Ive added a Music forum to the Misc tab.

Because of this ive had to edit the Media description to remove Music, aswell as move the music topics in the media forum to the new music forum.

If I missed some, please let me know.

Yes but seeing as our most replyied to thread is MUSIC! i thought it kinda deserved it.
Also im ,trying to make the forum more social.

I will probably seperate most topics if im honest, or I could move music as sub forum of media.

music as a sub forum sounds better than having it inthe misc section
