You can, but does the game devs allow you? Can you get banned for them? No and yes? OOHH, on PC the game developers even give you the tools to modify them (well, some games)

I prefer my PC. Players are nicer, they don't yell "IMAMM A HAX0R U UR A FAG CUNT Y U AIMB0T0Z!?!" like they do on xbox, and they don't yell in some fucked up accent "Fuck you brah" like they do on PS3. Also, people on PC are just ultimately smarter (I have no proof behide that fact though, it's just opinion).

Oh, and, PC can do more stuff like listen to music/watch a movie at the same time. Unlike xbox, I can't wear my headsets and listen to the game + movie at the same time.

My PC that was pretty low-end 4 years ago can play lots of games coming out now, just on lowest settings @ around 20FPS. I bought a new computer so I can play on max.

Also, consoles play on lowest settings before you start talking shit about you have better graphics.
