Is it possible to find out the username of my account if all I have is the email that belongs to the account?

If you have access to the email then yes. When Jagex sends out emails they refers to you by your login name.

I didn't find anything on the email that I thought was connected to the account, sadly.

Tried selling it about a year ago, in which I never ended up selling. Thought I would give it another go to sell it. Oh well.
