Account Sharing/Trading - Easy or Hard to detect?

I'm considering buying a Firecape from Gold4RS, and just wanted to know how hard/easy it is for Jagex to detect account sharing/trading. It'd only be for one day, that's it, and then it's all mine again.

Hard or easy?

Also, should I get caught what will they do? Will they ban me or...?
 
They won't ban you unless they're already watching your account for other reasons.
 

I've used Gold4RS on more than one occasion before free trade. As long as you're not from Antarctica then suddenly log in from a US IP you should be fine.
 
Okay guys, thanks. The account I'm considering getting it for has like 6-7 offences, but all expired years ago. And it's very safe and all, only botted 5 minutes in it's entire life.. today. So it's definitely fine.

And, I'm US.
 

It must be easy as fuck because they caught me about 2 weeks after I was done for good and perma banned me.
 
I won't be doing it with Gold4rs I don't think. I believe I've found someone else, assuming they wish to do it for me.
