Account recovery

I need some help with account recovery.I have been successful recovering it few times like year or more ago,its a long story.Anyway i decided to try again but i can't get jagex to accept it,they always want more creation details.I know everything about this account recoveries,many passwords,subscription details,emails,creation date,creation internet provider etc. I even managed to find owner's location and birth date and his name but they are not much use for me since i don't know how to use them in appeal.Any help would be appreciated.
Note account is locked.

When recovering accounts i usually put creation date around 2004-2006 and ISP something common like BT etc. Then make sure you create a believable story!

Actually i have creation date and ISP and i'm pretty sure they are correct but it gets declined for some reason.However i leave other details(where you can write 300chars) blank,any ideas what should i write?

Something along he lines off: Haven't played this account in years, but i'm hoping to get playing on it again since i've know finished college. The main problem is that i had forgotten the password and i don't have an email registered on it so hoping that you guys can help me reset my password!!
