No, hackforums accounts do not get banned as soon as someone signs in from a different ip. A great way to get banned on an account with different ips would be to start trolling/scamming on the forums, but I am assuming whoever buys this is not stupid enough to do so unless they bought it for the sole purpose to do either of those things which I do not care what they do with the account after it has been sold.
