Abusing the welfare system

If you qualify for government programs such as food stamps should you use them even if you dont really need them? I know a lot of people that just use food stamps because they qualify. They have the money to buy food they just dont want to. I think this is wrong.You should only use these programs if you really need them. What do you think about this?

Boy I used to see lots of this while living in Las vegas nevada usa. We had a lady we knew with 3 kids, her husband worked a good job. And they were on welfare. Every friday and saturday night theyd order out Pizza or chicken Id get so mad. He I was a single mom working my tail off to pay the bills, and they lived like kings on welfare. its wrong but we cant do anything about it.
