I get this when I send a mod/Philly a PM & sometimes regular users. I also get this when I make a post reply sometimes. (very rarely)

Have yet to get it for signature changes. That sounds incredibly annoying.

As I said, just a glitch. It's not something implemented and if the captcha was implemented somewhere than it must just be some sort of glitch related to it.
Just give it some time, or contact @Philly to see whats up. Hope this gets resolved for everyone soon

Many users have also gotten the glitch where the postbit goes horizontal. If it was meant to happen it would be there for all users than everyone would be getting it, not just a few people here and there.
I'm sure we'll figure out what it is in due time.
 
It is no glitch, the security is raised due to consistent attacks we have been receiving for the past couple weeks. Better a captcha then the site going down right?
