There seems to be a large amount of confusion regarding the new group rules, so I thought I'd share one of Philly's posts from the announcement thread.

All group owners will be provided with a PM within the next 48 hours containing full details. It will not take effect until you receive the PM.

The rule has not even started yet, there's no need to panic, god damn.
