All of us have a friend.so just in case You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire. They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend. The criticism is distasteful and unjustified. What do you do?
i will asks these 3 people if they know the person personally.
Now if they said yes..then i will listen to what they are saying and make an observation with my friend, they might be true.
But,if they say they don't know that person personally...i will tell them politely that they don't have any right to judge a person because they never know that person and they might be giving a wrong judgment.

Will ask these fellows why they are doing what they are doing. I will tell them that talking about the person in such a way is a cowardly act and that they would not gain anything from it. I won't tell the other person though about it since i do not want to add fuel to the fire.
