A Web Appraisal I Found

I was searching the web when i cam across this: http://www.urlappraisal.net

Basically what it does is determines how much your site is worth depending on how long you have had the domain this excludes the actual forum itself but includes traffic.

I know thats just the domain on its own if it were to sell the domain for a name change or whatever thats an estimate or i would say minimum Philly should take

HF is worth most likely 1 Million Plus. They dont include member amount etc.

Which is why this is not really a really good appraisal site, their are others on the web too.
