Well this is a really nice story and if you get what's the point from it you will learn something. Please don't flame cause it took me time writing it. (This story is from a book)
Story :
A blind man walking on the street with help of his hands and ears to find his way. The king, protecters and the kings advicer and helper are walking at the street when this blind man go to the kings advicer and tells him "Please give me money and hit me afterwards" the advicer just pushes him away but the king tell him to get this old blind man to the castle so the king talks to him.
All walk to the kings castle...
The king tells the blind man to tell his story why he want people to hit him after giving him money. The old blind man start telling him his story :
I was a rich business man who sell stuff using 80 camels to transport my stuff from towns. One day while I was in the desert I saw an old man sleeping at the sand under two trees I walked to him and talked to him. The old man wakes up and the business man helps him abit then the old man says "I can show you a place full of gold and diamond but if I do that you must give me 40 of your camels" The business man thinks then he says "Sure".
The business follow the old man to a mountain..
The old man says "Ghosts open your castle" then a secret door opens and inside there's massive gold and diamonds the business man runs start taking and pack the camels full. The old man just walks takes a box and the full 40 camels and leave. the business man leave with his 40 camels thinking that the old man won't make it and he's gonna loose some camels so he rides to the old man and ask for 20 camels. The old man gives him 20 camels the business man gets happy then walks after few seconds he goes back and ask for 20 camels and he gets them. The business man is now very happy having 80 full camels but after abit he remember that box the old man took and rides back to him. Business man ask - What's that box you took ?
- I won't tell you
- Tell me or I will kill you
- It's salva if you put it on your left eye you can see where all the treasure is but if you put it on the right eye you get blind
- Put it on my left eye!
The old man puts the salva on the business man left eye and now he can see all the hidden treasure. Now he think that the old man lies and if he put on the right eye he would be able to take all the treasure and orders the old man to put the salva on his right eye.
- I warned you atleast
He puts the salva on the business man right eye and he gets blind and the old man leaves with the 80 camels.
The point is : That you just want more and you don't want to stop atlast you loose everything so is it with runescape dicing and poker.
