Whoever has the original info to it can at anytime, it's frustrating but you just have to hope it doesn't happen to you.

I've heard from some people it may be getting called in by the very first person who made the name but I'm not sure yet.

Putting a cc on the account doesn't secure it that well either turns out.

You're wrong on that too. As I said earlier it may be a little harder to get the gamertag in specific back when it's swapped but more often that not they give it to you.

The UA is filed based on the information it was before it was changed and that's enough, I swapped too on Catholic.

No lol. It's not illegal it's more just against their terms of service.

Selling a tag would be like selling any other product that's already been made it's just that Microsoft doesn't allow it.
 
I returned the item. I felt bad so I returned it. Ask him he has his tag don't ban me but in still leaving bye
