It looks more like a stock. It looks like you dragged the edges in free transform since it looks squished in. There really isn't anything to say because it's more of a simplistic tag. I'd ditch the borders and either make the text less distracting or get rid of it. Also try not to center the focal(s), in this case focal, and keep in mind the Rule of Thirds.
