Hi everyone.
My name's Kevin but I most commonly go by the username 'Solidify'. I found out about RG through it's owner himself, The Elite. He and I go way back at least a couple of months, if not more. Oddly enough, we got off on the wrong foot, completely despising each other for a mere childish reason that we were marketplace competitors. I remember this previous web-forum's staff always needed to break us up for going at it like cats and dogs in threads, replying with sarcastic comments. It was brutal. Fortunately, we worked things out for the better and a couple of months later, The Elite sent me an invitation to his own forum. I found out that we have a lot more in common than I thought we did. :nice:
Onwards. I'm here now and look forward to making the most of it. Ashamed to say, when The Elite invited me to RG, I took a gander but couldn't help noticing this particular 'RuneScape' section. I had no idea what RuneScape was at that point so I did would anyone in my situation would; I asked him. I'm sure he was ready to burst out in laughter and check again to make sure I wasn't pulling his leg. But no, I wasn't. I had never played RuneScape but surprisingly enough, I had heard about it. I knew it was a game of some sort but nothing more. It wasn't until a couple of days ago that I decided to visit ol' YouTube to do some diggin' for Intel.
From what I was able to make of it, it's a 3rd person computer game. The storyline was sort of vague. I guess I'll brush up on my reading soon. But besides that, I was never really fond of computer games. I'm more of an avid online gamer. Having said that, I'd much rather prefer hopping on the big screen to play some good old fashioned Halo. However, from time to time, I do do make my way to small game-based websites to kill off some boredom.
In sum, this is a forewarning as much as it is an invitation to knowledge. It's a precaution in the sense that I won't be able to help you with any RuneScape related questions given the fact that I'm a newcomer to the game as well as it being a introduction because while I can't help you with RG's main focus, I'm open to any other questions you may have. Some of my specialties are emotional support such as relationships and troubles with friendships.
