If you could, I'd suggest you try to get either MP or LR, as you'd have have NO issues getting a nice tag with either of those two payment options.

What issues are you having with LR? The main difficulty is finding an exchanger, but if you checked the currency area, or possibly Philly (he usually sells his LR for PP), you might have some luck.
