As most active member's would know I have been gone 3 days, and 2 nights. It was hot as shit where I live and headed to the river and ended up meeting up with old friends I haven't seen in a while. So I ended up camping with them. I really needed a little time away from the computer anyways. I have been dealing with alot of shit lately online, and even offline. The break was good and well needed. It gave me time to free my mind, and think about some things. Anyways that was just my personal shit really.
First thing tomorrow I will be doing the hosting switch. So the site will be down for a while. I might open it while still adding everything, however I might just wait until everything is up to open it. I haven't decided yet. Obviously if I decide to open it without everything fully added it will be up alot faster just look a bit different while I am making all the changes.
The theme is still being created as far as I know I haven't talked ot the designer in a few days obviously so I haven't had any updates. However its taking too long so if its not close to complete I will have anther person do it for me or find extra time to do it myself.
Marketforums.... Where to start. Well here you go, everyone with sigs about it, will be removed and have their sigs suspended from use for 1 week. I will however give a couple days for everyone to change their shit. As well as personally delete peoples sigs I see with it. I don't want to see people advertising it either at all, nor talking about it on FK. Basically when it comes to FK marketforums doesn't exist. Because we won't see it or talk about it here. Lastly I honestly don't have to give a reason as to why, however it doesn't matter I will anyways. Quad was staff here, some people look up to him. Meaning possible member loss, however that has not been an issue at all. Stats haven't dropped here and are still improving extremely well daily. It's also all in all a competing website. Considering every section there we have here. Enough with that.
Quad has been removed from staff. No not because of marketforums, that was just the tip of the iceberg really. The reason I have decided to remove him was from a factor of many things. Some of you guys seem to think he runs this forum, well that is highly incorrect. He doesn't, never has, and never will. I will be the only one guaranteed. He hasn't been respecting me lately either. He has actually been close to the most disrespectful members I have ran into tbh. His activity threw out the past months has dropped sufficiently. His actions recently have as well been terrible. He has done things I never thought he would do, and he doesn't even realize what he has done. His entire personality has changed as well. Same with the quality of his posts, as well as respect for members.
Another thing I would like to discuss would be the hate that I seen in threads, and posts about me. Saying I am not active, don't do anyhting for the forum, and spending all the money I get from FK on toilet paper. For those that assume as such, are highly incorrect. I am here every single day, unless on vacation. Normally for me I don't make plans I just do what I do and go by the flow. Sometimes however I know ahead of time, and will let everyone know I will be gone. Regardless. What I am trying to say is that if you think for a second I am not active or doing my part in taking care of the forum than you are blind. Just because I disappear for a couple days doesn't mean the forum is getting shut down or that I will never be back. Ill never leave for more than a couple days without notice. I also have contact details for all staff, and mods as well as teh other way around. So if anything serious happens I will know, and can do something about it. For the minor things like upgrades. They can wait a couple days. Just be patience. It will make it all the better in the long run anyways. Also for people saying I don't respond to aims, or pms or anything that is also wrong. I am on for normally 8 hours everyday, and respond as fast as possible if I am on. You just have to understand I get a severe amount of pms, as well as aims per day. If you aim me chances are I am already aiming someone else already. So just wait your turn and I will eventually get to you as fast as possible. Pms are basically the same as well I do them in order. If they are bullshit pms of course I am not going to waste my time and reply. I get too many to reply to bs ones. But if its even a little important I will guaranteed reply in the order I get the pms in. Also there is no need to pm me 20 times about the exact same thing. It will also not help you get a reply any faster as I go from the bottom of the pms first no the top.
Oh and about vouches, seriously guys. Only one report is needed. I got back and had multiple people report one vouch over 10 times. That is ridiculous. It's also a waste of time for me, and staff. Only one report is needed. It will be seen, and it will be dealt with accordingly asap.
