A few new changes!

• I promoted Uzi from mod to staff. http://www.forumkorner.com/thread-2840.html
  
• I added an anime section. http://www.forumkorner.com/forum-85.html
  
• I changed almost all the category's names. Making them a bit more unique rather than the same as many other forums.
  
• I removed the official middleman sections for now. As they are not really needed as members need to get regular mm trades before even being considered eligible for omm.
  
• I merged "Other games" with "Steam", and named it, "PC Gaming & Steam"
  
• I made, "RuneScape", "World Of Warcraft", and "Minecraft" sections sub categories to "PC Gaming & Steam" Making the gaming section alot more clean, and much more easy to navigate around.
  
• I sub categorized all the operating systems to make the computing section a bit more clean, and a little smaller.
  
• I made a section named "Gaming Black Market" in the black market and sub categorized the Xbox, and RunesScape markets to it. Cleaning up the black market (marketplace) quite a bit.
  
• I have decided to perm ban all scammers, and delete the known scammers group. I don't want scammers around here even if they are marketplace banned, so I decided to remove the group, and will ban future scammers permanently.
  
• I fixed all forum descriptions so they all are lower case instead of every word being capitalized.
  
• I have removed 7 threads that slipped past me that where highly illegal threads, and risked ForumKorner getting shut down.

• Get some better, and more HQ user bars.
  
• Remove all stickies rules, and make them solid rules.
  
• Rewrite the main forum rules.
  
• Change a few more forum category names.
  
• Possibly add a couple new sections.
  
• I might upgrade the forum to 1.6.5, which if I do that the site will have to be shutdown for about an hour.

The new user titles aren't as nice as the old ones in my opinion :[ The old ones were all different where as these ones are all the same background and text colour with just different text, when they were all unique I thought it looked better.
