1.) No, a section like that is pointless and will probably be used just to post boost.

2.) I guess. Isn't that needed, but it would help clear up some spam from the Scammers Bay section.

There is a difference between buying turboing programs and actually turboing tags. Turboing programs can be quite useful when you are swapping your own tag and also if you want to try to get a certain v1.

Like I said before, too many people abuse turbo programs.
 
these are great suggestions. dont know why they aren't implemented yet
 
I like the suggestions as far as I can tell, besides milestones/achievements.
It's a waste of a section in my opinion it honestly is.
But that's one mans opinion, let's just see how things happen.
