Hey,

Looking to buy a level 3 with 99 runecrafting.
Does not need to have anything, you can strip all the stuff from the bank, I don't care. I just want the 99 runecrafting.

Yeah had this discussion earlier with a friend. I think the quickest way to get RCing levels is Abyss?(Could be mistaken).
The pure would die constantly, or it could do a different method very slowly, but I'm sure people would catch onto you and BAN!

I have a level 6 with 99 runecrafting, it got banned after I was testing the ban rate of master farmers. Everyone was like "IT'S HIGH BAN RATE!"... I should have listened to them

A level 3 with 99 RuneCrafting is actually extremely rare to buy, let alone finding a seller. If so you will be paying some big bucks.

Depends, if the account is botted I might go low, mainly because 99 runecrafting requires time, not money, and the fact that it is botted is like cheating, so I wouldn't go high.... If it isn't botted, probably higher, considering the time put into the account and all the hard work.
A botted account would most likely have a higher chance of getting banned, too.
 
what you planning to use it for? ..since you wont be botting it?
