Ok well, here is my guide on how to get all combat skills from 1-99.
Recommendations:
•Train Strength first to ensure the other 2 skills level with ease.
•When training on anything that hits frequently, bring the appropriate amount of food.
•Always wear an Amulet if Strength and the best armour possible, same goes with wielding a weapon.
Guide:
1-5
•Go kill chickens just North-East of the Lumbridge Castle, this should take a few minutes because they're easy to kill.
6-12
•Here you should kill cows, they're just East of the Chicken coop you should be in.
13-20
•From here, just go to Barbarian Village and kill Unicorns, they can be located around the hut at Barbarian Village.
21-35
•Now go to the entrance of Varrok and kill the guards.
36-44
•For the following part, you will need to go to the GE and buy an item called "Brass Key" after you have the Brass Key and food in your inventory, head over to the Hill Giants which can be located down a ladder of a Hut near the Barbarian Village.
45-54
•Head over to the White Night Castle located in Falador, there you should kill White Knights.
55-62
•Go to the middle of the Barbarian Village and jump down the crack, head down to level 2 of Stronghold of Security and kill Fresh Crawlers.
63-70
•From here, go down one more level of the Stronghold and kill a monster called "Giant Spiders".
71-99
•This part is the most boring, head over to the Lesser Demons OR the Blue Dragons located at "Karamja Island" and train till you've acheived your goal. Be sure to buy a dragon shield for more protection. GOODLUCK.
