is there any way your not aloud to plead the fifth ?

one day i was called to student services for whatever i don't
remember but he asked me if i did something and i was quite
cause i didn't want to be there at the time lmaoo

the a.p then said "oh pleading the fifth" and then something about
incrimination and other shit i wasnt paying attention

but my am i always aloud to plead the fifth or nah ?​

I dont know what the "legal" answer is but nobody can physically make you speak, you are your own being.

They'll try to hit you with insubordination. You can fight it though. Don't let them abuse their authority. Outside of that school, they have none.
 
This is school not a court room. If tell your administration you are "pleading the 5th" they will just take it and an implication of your guilt.

Tldr don't be a smart ass.

Also teachers have crazy unions they can do pretty much anything they want and not get suspended or fired. Unless they physically touch you or put their shlong in your pooper.
