I prefer RSGP but i also accept PP.

The prayer is 20k till lvl 70, i have done Kings Random so 20k more exp will get you the Piety prayer (Which is nice

The post count doesn't matter really, he can use a MM (middleman). Recoveries can be changed and e-mail as well. Good luck with selling!

post count shows devotion to the forums, and thus, how bothered they would be about getting banned.

you can recover the account easily nowadays, and past recoveries and emails make it even easier. theres nothing stopping him from selling it through a middle man, waiting a month or so and recovering it, which is fine, so long as you havent sold it to an RG member, which, is why i reccomended selling it to the chinese.

also, just a bit of constructive criticism, you really shouldn't undermine people that know what they are talking about, i have seen you doing it a lot lately. i have nothing against you and i think you are a very knowledgeable legitimate and valued user. I just don't appreciate being criticized as it is, let alone when i know im right!
