i think they do but if they wont you can just change your region to US then change it back.

No, you can't do this. If you redeem US currency on a UK account, you have to permanently migrate the account to the US and also have a credit-card/PayPal with a US registered address linked to your account. If you don't have that and redeem any US currency on a UK account, you won't be able to use.

I've been dealing with this issues for months with MS, and it sucks as you guys in the US get games a lot cheaper than in the UK
