Not really a need, since you can see who you referred and what date. I can see who referred who on what dates etc, so I will know who has done the most .

There is no target, it's just whoever refers the most by Wednesday wins.

I have been on a steady lead with 5 referrals a day.

You have a better chance of winning if your referrals are active aswell.
