So basically there is a sale going on and you get $5 off any purchase. After you buy what you want to buy the seller manually returns $5 to your account. I am jewing this guy and I am buying a $5 item so I need $5 to buy this so when he gives me the money back I can just give it back to you. And if for some odd reason he doesn't pay me back I can just take $5 out of my Paypal and send it to you.
