The account is limited unfortuantly, the account is not stolen - I have access to the email attached to the paypal email as well.







I'll show more proof since screen-shots can easily be edited.

This happened to me man :/ I couldnt add a card because I didnt use my real ID. I think it is just dead money now

Call them a couple times, if it doesnt work keep trying.
