I am in no way taking credit for this, I am simply just sharing what has yet to be shared here (as far as I see, if someone links me a thread on this I'll edit it and delete or w/e)

This is coming from a user on HF that goes by GreenTea

From what I can tell it's fairly uncommon to win a 48 hour trial, but there is still a chance at it. You have a chance to win other shit, like chocolate bars, uno card games, some xbox GOD, xbox one, and some other garbage crap no one cares about

You can participate in this one time a day per email, you can participate as much as you want with different emails, I recommend using a VPN every email, they check to see if you're a legitimate user or if you're just farming items

This works as of 3/25/2015 (just checked it right now to make sure it's working)
There IS a chance it'll say "Sorry, you're not an instant winner!" which is complete horse shit but it's whatever I guess, that's what I just got while checking to make sure it was still valid

I recommend using your real info if you're comfortable with that, just incase you win an xbox one

Honestly, I have no idea, I couldn't give you an exact estimate. I tried about 8 emails and I think I won two codes, but in the process won two games, two card games, a chocolate bar, and a $5 MSP code

It's not the best but it's still better than it being a 0% chance of getting

Some people have had better luck than me, a friend of mine got 3 codes in 4 emails, it's all just luck of the draw
