47th Ban

@insane was banned for threatening to ban @47th's kik, @47th threatened to ban his kik. Threatening members onsite is against the rules, therefore both members broke the rules. However, should @47th remain banned, or should he be unbanned since he simply retaliated? You guys can vote. I'll be on later.

It was wrong, but in all fairness it was out of retaliation. I told him next time to just ignore and report it.

I however think he should be unbanned.

If Insane never had threatened, Chad wouldn't have threatened in the first place. I believe only the one who initiated it should be accounted for.
