403 Error on Hackforums?

I don't usually get on there, but when i do, i just look in the general discussion area to see what they bring.

But im getting a 403 Forbidden error? anyone know why this could be? ​
 
The site could be down for matinence or it's getting hit.
 
Whenever i went on HF and logged in, It always gave me that.
 
It means... "Leave Hackforums before you get scammed 10$ by a Ub3r with 2000 rep and a joindate of may 2007.
 
HF is gay. Leave while you can!

But it is probably cuz u got banned or something.
 
I think this is the error message generated when you're blocked from accessing the site due to being on a proxy, but I could be wrong. This should honestly not be in the FK dash though...
