Well if he's the OG owner there wouldnt be a problem. But if he isn't and the account is stolen its almost like carding

Yeah, even if he wasn't, I could maybe see the account getting banned, not the console though.
 
It can get you console banned if the person is smart enough and actually wants to do that
 
I'm the og owner of the account and nobody else has ever accessed it.
I got the psn cards as a gift and redeemed them but I play xbox so I have no use for it.
