4 digit steam account, 8 years old, semi-og

Heya,
I got a steam account.
This account does only have free games, so it isn't worth to post them.
On the 27th of March it'll turn 9 years old.
It is fully secured, previous owner didn't sign in for years.
Not selling it: just asking for an appraisal.
