$300 budget looking for a tag

I am looking for an og tag, I have $300 to spend and can go up to $400 for a really nice tag.
I can pay BTC, PayPal, or Money back which ever you prefer.

I would prefer something with little to no consoles, preferably a fresh silver. I will also be using @Plague as a MM.
