Hello Rune Gear -

Recently I made a thread regarding if a certain website was down for other members of the Rune Gear community.

In return I got a 30% warning level for advertising, and I believe this is outrageous.. All I was doing is merely asking if the website was down for other members and I had to intention of advertising the damn thing!

Please can somebody explain how my last thread deserved a 30% warning level without a PM Warning or.. a reminder of the rules?

(I Am Not Bitching Just Really Angry About This!)

Also I have just payed for the "Elite" upgrade because I think this website is a good forum, but I don't see the point of treating members like this.

I don't see why he deserves a warning. He was only asking a question...

Over 50% of the members on here atm are from HF and the admins know it.

You being Elite does not bend the rules in your favor.
I don't see how it's advertising but if I see another HF thread I am going to snap.

IMO, let it slide, The rules do state no advertising and you DID post a link to hack forum, you could have just asked If it was down, but it'll be gone soon no biggy.

To me you didn't deserve a warning but obviously someone took it the wrong way.

There was no point of making a thread and asking if it's down. Just use downforeveryoneorjustme.com or as a friend on msn. Plain and simple was a spam post that advertises another forum.

I will no longer argue about this, you have seen from your members their opinion of this matter and you have made your judgement.
Thanks, IxD3ViiLx.

I must tell you though that when I created the thread I had NO intention of this being a "Spam" thread.

You posted a link to another website :/ that's advertising

Believe it or not I was trying to make it more " convenient " for members to test if it was up or not by providing the direct link to the web page.

Warnings are final, and questioning a warning issued by the site owner isn't very smart.

As my last post said Carbon I will not argue with the warning.
Just a shame, this could of been avoided easily If I was told. :(

I don't think the whole community needs to know about your warning level complaints, or even care at the least. Try a PM.
