No point in swapping its fresh no consoles/billing he can just change the email and be good so i dont think theres anything to worry about :p

I don't think this is the gamertag that the banned user was turboing because the gamertag stated in Noscope's thread has games played and a console. This account supposably doesn't have either, but who knows. I just hope this wasn't the tag mentioned earlier.
 
This is the tag that the kid is trying to turbo, it shows in the conversation.
One thing though, the kid wasn't able to get the turbo to work anyway, which is why he wanted a refund.
 
Damn this would be a hard tag to swap then.. I don't understand how he didn't get the turbo to work though, that's one of the simplest turbos around IMO. (Off topic sorry).
