Well I need $25 as soon as possible I will be able to pay it back within 21 days, this is because I actually have $25 now but it is under pending by PP from a item that was purchased by me.

It is frozen for 21 days because I had to request it from the guy's email because of my PP not being verified.

Well think of it that I am more or less borrowing $25 from someone and pay them back soon.
