Problem is, you bought power, however you don't have donator. you must have donator, and onyx to become a power member.

I just bought Master Donator, my name is Brennan btw. I also can't have a signature or anything, doesn't it take a while?

I'm trying to buy Donator and Power but Paypal says there having problems with Credit Cards Currently. So now i can't purchase. I hope it will work later before this ends.
