Actually it doesn't. You can bot followers and likes for each picture a few months ago.

If you post a picture today and it has 500 likes tomorrow or within the hour, I'll tell you how much its worth.

Not much most followers are botted real accounts get 2k likes and up
 
still wondering how much this can go for. it's a big inactive but can become active extremely quickly
