I don't think you would be able to do it with the multi colored theme.
 
Why did you add in an admin of HF to the OP? Lol, that seems random to me. Otherwise I'm sure illustration would be able to make one for you.
 
I don't think you will be able too, Unless someone makes it from scratch.
 
I know a guy I met on Gamebattles who used to make one of the best GFX I probably even seen, I will message him and hopefully he replies as fast as possible, but in the mean time, hope you get what you're looking for bro.

I could easily produce something like Judge dread has its two basic animations and some text not hard at all but im still not sure what you want, can you PM me with like a colors? and like he has the reaper what would you want?
