Well what I would class the rules would be the Terms and Conditions you clearly agreed to at the start of signing. Rules might be posted sometime in the future though so keep an eye out.

Also RSPS is most likely allowed just don't advertise yet unless you have spoken with Judge.

At the moment Rules are 'Common sense'. So do what you would want someone to do to you.
