So i have found a method myself on how to get unlimited VPS using a website. It isn't Amazon or any of those public methods.

Does this rule apply if i said i would give a vouch copy to a trusted member?

Oh shit. I didn't realize that was a rule. 
You may give the Vouch copy to anybody, only verified and investors can request. My bad.
