Then I propose that registering be mandated to see more than 10 threads a day, and you can't see Dumps w/o an account.
 
It's currently set at a limit of 5 threads before registration is needed.

1 thread could be bullshit, What if you opened a thread such as (http://runegear.net/showthread.php?tid=59067), gives a bad vibe to first 'thoughts' if you will..

If you allow a user to visit more than one thread, they could see different area's, for example RS hacking section, the RS normal section, traders market, graphics etc.
