14 Day trial safe?

I was browsing through the support forums on xbox.com and I noticed that a lot of people got banned for playing a title that hasn't been released yet. It's hardly a game that requires a disc.

I'm just dubious about this and maybe that game you use to get the code isn't out yet in EU and USA. Thoughts on this?​
 

Is it Halo 4? Because I heard it has be leaked around the internet (probably Xbox aswell) and some people claimed that they have the actual game already instead of waiting for its game release. :/

No, it is Monster Frontier. It isn't safe at all and I would say it is pretty much similar to using stripped codes - you may get banned or you may not.

You get banned? Damn I've been using them on my og for a while. I think I'll just stop and buy a 3 month...
 
I knew it was too good to be true... Safe, unlimited(you know what I mean) 14day codes doesn't sound right
 
I only used one and that was without the knowledge of anything. Someone sent me a code for a 48 hour but it was a 14 day. Am I okay?
 
I really don't know man. I made a fake account to play the game and get the codes. Then used the codes on my main, and the accounts I made to get the codes got banned. All 5 of them
