I see what you're saying... Perhaps instead of a sneaker section, have a section called "Culture" where you can talk about new fads in clothing, and what you like to wear?
I'd prefer not, I can nearly guarantee it would be inactive. The "General Discussion" should be fine for this. It's the same thing under a broader title, no need for another.
Not really sure what everyones style is here, but I think a Culture section would be good. Both for sneakers, and for clothing. More specifically Streetwear.
