Not true they are not all gone the people who have them are keeping them or selling for a lot.
I bought two of these for 8$ on Ebay about 8 months ago and they both are still valid.

I'm being realistic. I see people request these a lot. True, there are a few left because people tend to keep codes like these, or maybe they forgot about it in there email. But telling people they are extinct is a lot better than telling people there are a few left in the world and that you must vigorously hunt for them. I mean, if people were selling these codes, they would be selling these codes. Nobody is going to casually go up to someone making this thread, and say, "Oh yeah bro, I got one right here."
