Personally I think they look amazing. Anyways, they were only handed out my MS so you could not buy them and pretty much every code is redeemed so you can't get one to put on your main acc if it doesn't have one

I had two codes sold one to the user @plasma and I still have one left and no they don't expire. I wouldn't take less than $500 for it.

No it's not it's meant for accounts with 10+ years. If you have it on a 5 year it'll look stupid.
 
I don't think it matters what tenure you have. Not all 10 year tenures got it. It was just a thanks because it was Microsofts ten year anniversary. But most people with high tenures got it. @47th said he lost his code. @FeaR I was looking for one for like 4 months.

Exactly like that one I got from you I think which was only 6years I loved It but had to get rid of it. But I wouldn't buy a $500 code to put on my main tag (2) tenure.
