I myself cannot help you out as I live in the UK, however could you not put your details on the system, then delete them straight after purchasing?

I personally use my Debit card so I can add/remove whenever I please. As a last resort, you could always try somewhere such as eBay as there are some codes that can be picked up for cheap, however this is rare.
