Solved.

Solution:​
There seems to be issue's with Rockstars services as of this moment (January 1st, 2015). I will keep this thread updated for future viewers however.​
 
I'll help, I know a bit on networking and routing.

After briefly looking around, it seems that there's an update that's slowing being distributed, and those that haven't received it are getting empty games.
 
I think it's GTA5 I'm having the exact same problem
