I would write something lengthy and specific, but I'll write a poem that I hope will get the point across instead, just a time-saver pretty much.


One year has gona and past

In the beginning it was great

But now I see a better place

As the days of leeching are over

I see the people behind the screen

I see how they are, with their struggles and conflicts

And find the resolutions that end it

I've found a place where I've come to stay

And now I look foward to a brighter future

And see many more years of hope.


Well, whatcha think guys

Hope for many more years with a great community like you guys.

Thanks, the peom was saying how I have changed froma leecher to a contributer, not others, I completely understand that there are others out there and hope that their ways will change as how mine have.

EDIT: I'm aware that not all poems rhyme, but I feel it just sounds better, :/

Not all poems have rhymes, this is a big misconception though as I believe most people think as soon as they hear poem they think rhyming. I do not want mine to have any at all due to the fact that its only purpose is to express what I have done, thank you for the constructive critiscism though.
 
A year has passed
a year gone by
a year of mysterious adventure
Although I am older
I am becoming bolder
and more mature by the day
The year has passed
and another to come
I do not know where
the year has gone
but the year is over
and another begun
The website is old
the domain old too
theres nothing new
about this little doo
but all that is known
Is runegear has progressed
with players, content
and Owner wise too
Although we dont agree with Mike taking over
Hes a really good bloke
and I'll call him Ben Dover
The Elite is in school
Oh how school is hard
assessments by day
study by night
and when exams come
you want to die
but exams are just one thing
in time gone by

I think it's pretty bad, but oh well. I just wrote random shit, not all for the big massive words. Because I always find it hard to rhyme them.

But thank you, nonetheless.
