He made me one and he does a good job of what I wanted only problem was he doesn't know how to resize img and zip can't because I'm on mobile lol. So this is the end results below. Looks nice and will be worth it if you know how to resize images.

If you want to resize it, just use a cheap photoshop or free trail on your computer.If not on the computer, a $10 photoshop app (could get a free trial on website) on your apple device.

First, place a transparent background down larger then the image.

Next, resize it the way you want to (may need to make the transparent layer bigger, but make sure you don't oversize it).

Last, save it and update it as your signature.
